The BCGYou app is a personalized guide to an applicant’s Boston Consulting Group recruiting journey. Tailored to specific regions and roles, applicants can access case prep resources, discover what life is like at BCG, and understand the interview process. The current platform is open exclusively to candidates applying as consultants with select offices.
We worked with the internal team and developers to integrate the new brand campaign, re-organized the wireframe structures, and designed new icons and elements that enhances the new system.
